Interested in teaching at MCC? Adjunct Career Fair is Saturday, July 20

Do you have a passion for teaching students and helping them prepare for their future? Metropolitan Community College is holding an Adjunct Career Fair on Saturday, July 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MCC-Penn Valley campus, 3201 Southwest Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64111. The event for prospective part-time faculty members will be held in the Education Center (off 31st Street at Pennsylvania), Room 0019.

MCC is looking for individuals with teaching experience, an associate degree (for career and technical programs), a bachelor’s or master’s degree in their field of instruction, and/or adult education experience.

Anyone qualified for teaching and interested in helping fulfill the MCC mission of preparing students, serving communities and creating opportunities is encouraged to attend.

Attendees will learn about the available part-time teaching opportunities and meet program experts, representatives from Human Resources, deans, division chairs and administrators who will be able to answer any questions about adjunct faculty opportunities available at MCC.
