The annual AIDS Walk Kansas City is just a few weeks away and the Metropolitan Community College team is on the move to make it their best year yet!

MCC team captain Nancy Harrington has been leading the momentum for the College’s walkers since 2005. Harrington, chair of the science, math & engineering division at MCC-Penn Valley, is honored that so many have joined through the years to help raise thousands of dollars for the cause.

The walk is celebrating 30 years in Kansas City. All monies raised stay in the metropolitan area to support those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
