Celebrate the holidays with the Northland Symphony Orchestra

Join the Northland Symphony Orchestra, conducted by MCC-Maple Woods music instructor Jim Murray, for a traditional holiday sing-along concert Dec. 16 at 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at Park Hill South High School. This event is free and open to the public, and donations are appreciated.

The concerts will feature performances of traditional favorites – Charlie Brown Christmas, White Christmas, Hark the Herald Angels Sing and Sleigh Ride, and there will be an audience sing-a-long, so bring the video cameras to highlight the best (or most exuberant) singer in your family.

In addition to the orchestra, the 3 p.m. concert will feature the elementary student choirs from Prairie Point and Hawthorne Elementary, and the 4:30 p.m. concert will include the Northview and Bell Prairie school choirs.

The Northland Symphony Orchestra also includes MCC-Maple Woods students who enroll in orchestra I-IV classes.
