MCC in the News: Fire trainer Rusty Sullivan published in “Fire Engineering”

Rusty Sullivan knows the world of fire fighting inside and out. He is a veteran firefighter as fire captain for the City of Grandview, and he is one of our highly respected fire instructors as assistant captain of fire training at MCC-Blue River’s Fire Academy. It comes as no surprise that a peer reviewed journal like Fire Engineering would want publish his thoughts on how the economy affects firefighters.

You can read Sullivan’s article online to learn more about firefighting in an era of career stagnation and shifting roles for emergency workers between the free market and local governments on www.FireEngineering.com.
