Metropolitan Community College’s IT Department will be upgrading the Payroll and HR system beginning Thursday, July 20, and anticipate coming back online by Wednesday, July 26. As a result, the Payroll and HR system and the Employee Center will be unavailable to employees beginning at 5 p.m. today through Tuesday, July 25.
During the upgrade, there will be no access to Payroll and HR functions. Additionally, the Employee Center will also be unavailable including Faculty Center, time sheets and paycheck views. If employees need to enter grades, review time or paycheck information, please do these activities prior to close of business Thursday, July 20 or after the upgraded system is available on Wednesday, July 26.
Access to myMCCKC, MetroSoft, MetroSoft Finance, the Student Center, employee email, student email, and Blackboard will not be affected.
The upgraded system will have no major changes in look or functionality.
