2018 in-service: Breakfast and lunch menus

MCC’s 2018 employee in-service is all day Tuesday, Aug. 21, at the MCC Business & Technology campus. Doors open at 7:45 a.m. (All offices and campuses will be closed.) Here are the menus for breakfast and lunch. Employees who would prefer a vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meal can indicate that during online registration before the event.

BREAKFAST BUFFET MENU

Potatoes O’Brien (diced Idaho potatoes fried with onions and red and green peppers)

Biscuits and sausage gravy

Orange juice

Iced tea, water, coffee (regular and decaf)

 

LUNCH BUFFET MENU

Caesar salad (ranch and creamy Caesar dressing on side)

Chicken penne pasta Alfredo (chicken breast chunks sauteed with zucchini, yellow squash and red peppers with penne pasta tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce)

Mostaccioli and meat sauce (noodles, ricotta cheese, Italian sausage and ground beef baked in a tangy marinara, topped with mozzarella cheese)

Italian green beans (sauteed with sweet onions and red peppers)

Breadsticks

Iced tea, lemonade, water, coffee (regular and decaf)
