Chip Bloch remembered

  More than 50 people participated in a vigil honoring Chip Bloch, who died as a result of injuries from being hit by a car in a crosswalk at 31st and Main Streets while on his way to work. Chip was an MCC employee. For more on the story that aired on KCTV 5  News, click here.
