MCC-Maple Woods Athlete Spotlight: Beau Stoker

stokerThis month’s athlete spotlight focuses on Beau Stoker. Stoker plays third base and bats third for the Monarchs.

He’s a left handed hitter with a lot of power and is very knowledgeable of the game. Stoker has very good baseball instincts on the field.

Stoker attended Bishop Ward High School in Kansas City, KS where he was drafted in the 18th round of the MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins. He is dedicated to the game of baseball on and off the field.

He works extremely hard in the weight room and puts a lot of extra time in at the Sports Training Center hitting, fielding, and throwing.
