Surgical Technologist Program Students Give Back

Recently, students in MCC’s surgical technologist program coordinated and participated in a collection drive for “Mother’s Refuge,” a non-profit home in Independence, MO for teenaged women who are pregnant or who are teenage mothers.  The students collected and donated baby care items such as pampers, pacifiers, and baby lotion.  Mother’s Refuge currently houses 8 moms and their …
