High school seniors enroll at MCC as part of MCAC visit day

Nearly 70 high school seniors enrolled at Metropolitan Community College Wednesday as part of Missouri College Advising Corps Visit Day. Students took the COMPASS Placement Test, participated in workshops on academic planning and time management, took pictures for their i.d. cards and enrolled in classes for the fall semester.

Second class of KCPS students set to receive associate’s degree, high school diploma

Penn Valley students participate in genome exploration lab

  For the first time at Penn Valley,  Robin Craig-Carriaga (biology instructor) demonstrated and conducted an Alu Genotyping Lab where students explored their own human genomes.
